The Spotlight Carousel is a visual way to highlight items such as people, programs, or posts. It displays one slide at a time that rotates automatically or manually. Each slide has a heading, quote, blurb, optional links, and an image.

  • Select carousel type
    • Only one type is available at this time, Blurb and image, so no action is necessary.
  • Add item
    • Click on Add Item to add your first carousel slide.

  • Spotlight Heading
    • The heading of the slide.
  • Spotlight Quote
    • This text that goes between the heading and blurb of the yellow lines.
  • Spotlight Blurb
    • A summary of the item that you want to highlight.
  • URL
    • This is a an optional link that you can set to direct a user to a page or post. It will appear styled as a button.
  • Secondary URL
    • This is a an additional optional link that you can set to direct a user to a page or post. It will appear styled as a button.
  • Spotlight Image
    • This is the image that will appear in the right side of the slide. You should choose a square image in the 1:1 ratio for this to display correctly. Also, make sure your image is large enough so that it will not appear pixelated.
  • Add Item
    • This button adds another slide.
